Cartessi Return & Refund Policy
At Cartessi, our commitment is to deliver not just exquisite jewelry, but also exceptional customer service. We understand the importance of satisfaction in your purchase, and we offer a 14-day guarantee to ensure your happiness with our products. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order as it would have entered our processing phase. For cancellations within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds Cartessi offers a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@cartessi.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for return. All returns require our approval before you send the items back. Remember to include your order number and shipping name in your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, a restock fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund for returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for inspection. After confirming the condition of returned items, please allow up to 40 business days for refund processing. If you encounter issues after confirmation of the refund process, please contact your financial institution.
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), the same currency as your original purchase. Please be aware of any foreign transaction fees or exchange rates that may apply.
Product Concerns We advise all customers to use Cartessi products responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions and safety precautions. We cannot be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@cartessi.com for assistance.
Damaged Items We carefully package our products to avoid damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@cartessi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess and determine eligibility for a no-cost replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery While we aim for timely delivery, Cartessi cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention For security, we verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for unusual activity. We may request additional information to verify transactions and reserve the right to cancel transactions suspected of fraud.
